Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
RAF Egypt delivers to all governorates across Egypt through trusted courier partners.
Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt, and other regions.
2. Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
- Other governorates: 3–7 business days.
- During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Fees
- standard delivery fee applies and is calculated at checkout based on location and item size
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday.
- Orders placed after 9:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and contact information are correct to avoid delivery delays.
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times before the order is returned to RAF Egypt.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, or no response from the customer, an additional re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact RAF Egypt within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, our customer service team will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
7. Exchanges
RAF Egypt offers exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Exchange Policy.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included items.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for exchange.
If an exchange is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, RAF Egypt will cover the applicable exchange shipping costs.
For other eligible exchange requests, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
RAF Egypt does not offer returns or refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
