Refund and Returns Policy For Raf Site

Overview

• There is a warranty on all of our Raf products for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and not misuse (a warranty certificate is required). This is a certificate that you can obtain when purchasing the product or you will find it inside the product carton, so please ensure its availability.

• Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Items for personal use, such as personal care and razors, cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

1. Gift cards.
2. Downloadable software products.
3. Some health and personal care supplies.

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Gifts:

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will figure out your return.

Shipping And Returns:

• Shipping is free to your door (shipping is done through (Bosta Shipping Company), which is one of the best and fastest companies in delivering orders to homes.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
