1. Delivery Coverage
RAF Egypt delivers to all governorates across Egypt through trusted courier partners.
Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt, and other regions.
2. Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

Other governorates: 3–7 business days

During sales or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order. volume.
3. Shipping Fees

Free delivery for orders above EGP 2,000

For orders below that amount, a standard delivery fee applies (calculated at checkout based on location and item size).

Bulky or heavy appliances may have additional delivery fees, which will appear before confirming your order.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed daily from Sunday to Thursday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
5. Delivery Conditions

Please make sure your address, phone number, and availability are correct to avoid delivery delays.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice before the order is returned to RAF Egypt.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or no response, a re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep the original packaging and send photos or videos to our customer support team for quick replacement or resolution.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

For faulty or incorrect items, RAF Egypt will cover all return shipping costs.

For non-faulty returns, customers will bear the shipping cost..
